Terms and conditions.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use SPAM the TAM at spamthetam.com, operated by Revlyn. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What the service does
The free check reads a domain’s public DNS records and reports configuration findings for SPF, DMARC and MX. Accounts can store your name and company. Scheduled monitoring, agency workspaces and paid subscriptions are not live.
What results mean
A DNS score measures only the checks completed. It is not a measure of inbox placement, sender reputation or guaranteed delivery. Untested and unavailable checks do not count toward the score. DNS responses can be incomplete and can change at any time.
Results are general information, not professional advice for your specific circumstances.
Your responsibilities
- Only an authorised person should change a domain’s DNS. Review every legitimate sender before tightening SPF or DMARC.
- Keep your account details accurate and your password private.
- Follow the Spam Act 2003 and other laws when you send email. We don’t support deceptive or unsolicited bulk email.
Fair use
Use the service lawfully. Don’t try to access other people’s data, overload or disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or get around rate limits and bot protection. We may limit or block automated or abusive use.
Proposed paid services
AUD prices shown on the pricing page are indicative and are not offers. Scope, limits, GST, turnaround, cancellation and refund terms will be agreed in writing before any purchase or work. Registering interest doesn’t create a subscription or a charge.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share your own check results and link to our pages. Please don’t copy the site or its content for commercial use without permission.
Consumer rights and liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
To the extent the law allows, the free check is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost revenue or missed meetings) from using or relying on it. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you can bring proceedings in its courts.
